On April 10, 2025, the National Revenue Authority (NRA) celebrated a pivotal achievement in its Data Warehouse sustainability initiative with a blended training and farewell ceremony. The event marked the successful completion of a specialized capacity-building program spearheaded by Mr. Arfan Anif, an esteemed ICT Data Analyst from the Monitoring, Research, and Planning (MRP) Department.

The training aimed to bolster the skills of the staff in critical areas such as data management, integration, and visualization. These competencies are essential for the Authority’s strategy to ensure effective post-implementation support for the NRA Data Warehouse. Participants gained hands-on experience and practical knowledge that are vital for fostering data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

During the ceremony, twenty-four staff members from various departments—including ICT, MRP, DTD, NTR, CSD, ICA, RIID, and MOD—were awarded certificates of achievement in recognition of their dedication and successful completion of the program.

The Commissioner General, Mrs. Jeneba J. Bangura, presented the certificates and praised the recipients for their commitment to enhancing institutional excellence.

Additionally, the event served as a heartfelt farewell to Mr. Anif, whose expertise and mentorship significantly contributed to the Authority’s digital transformation efforts. The NRA expressed its profound gratitude for his exceptional service and invaluable contributions.

This event underscores the NRA’s commitment to ongoing professional development and its vision for sustaining impactful digital reforms through a skilled and empowered workforce.
