Blind School & SOS Benefit from Capitol foods

Capitol Foods, the leading agro-processing, and food Production Company in Sierra Leone is giving back to the community this festive season as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Children from School for the Blind and SOS children’s village welcomed the Capitol Foods management team with their annual Christmas donations and interactions session.

Senior management staff from Capitol Foods distributed Christmas gifts, and learning materials to light up the children’s holiday and prepared them for a prosperous new year. The donations were warmly received by the children who demonstrated their appreciation with a live performance to entertain their friends who always remember them.

This is not the first time Capitol Foods has been visiting those children, and they vowed to continue such gestures on a regular basis.

Capitol Foods is a home-grown beverage manufacturing company in Kenema Sierra Leone that manufactures pineapple, orange, mango and apple juice at their factory in Kenema to provide Sierra Leoneans with good options of natural juice.

Capitol Foods also help to improve farmers’ livelihood by working closely with them to improve their yields and qualities by providing a working environment in which staff can grow and flourish, and creating exceptional products that are enjoyable, healthy, and reasonable. The fruit juice factory process up to two tons of fresh fruit per hour with an output of 3,000 bottles of fresh fruit juice per hour with the fruits processing line producing more than 1,500-gram-pouches per day.
