NP (SL) Limited has commissioned a state-of-the-art fuel station at Aberdeen Road in Freetown. The fuel station is popularly referred to as NP Aberdeen Road. The commissioning took place during an auspicious event that was graced by the Management and Staff of the petroleum importing and marketing entity, a representative from the Petroleum Regulatory Agency (PRA), the Proprietor of the new fuel station Hassan Sow, his family members and well-wishers.

The commissioning of the strategically placed fuel station is a move for development that is geared towards expanding NP’s brand and market volume throughout Sierra Leone.

During the unveiling ceremony, it was highlighted that NP (SL) Ltd aims to strengthen partnerships with reliable individuals, as seen with the Proprietor, Alpha Sow. The ultimate objective of the company is to make high-quality petroleum products more readily available to the public.

During the event, Amb. Kobi Walker, the Chief Executive Officer of NP (SL) Ltd, expressed his excitement about the partnership between his company and the proprietor of the new Fuel Station, Mr Hassan Sow. The CEO expressed gratitude to Mr. Sow for believing in NP’s mission and vision, which led to the partnership and ultimately the commissioning of the state-of-the-art Fuel Station.

Ambassador Kobi Walker mentioned that Hassan Sow has a long-standing relationship with NP (SL) Ltd, as his father has been one of the Company’s partners for many years. Amb. Walker took this opportunity to convey a message to all Sierra Leoneans that anyone with ambition and a serious mindset can do business with NP. He emphasized that NP is an indigenous Company established by Sierra Leoneans, highlighting the fact that Sierra Leoneans are the only ones who can contribute significantly to the nation-building process.

“When we empower the nation, we also empower individuals,” he asserted. He pointed out that Hassan Sow’s investment has created employment for twenty people. This, he said, will have a positive effect on over 100 individuals who will benefit from it.

The General Manager of NP-SL, Saidu Mansaray, stated that the commissioning of the station is a part of the company’s strategic partnership with credible individuals. He further added that this station is just the beginning and it has a lot to reveal about NP’s intentions in the fuel business and urged everyone to focus on the new trajectory of the Company, which is digitization of its operations.

According to GM, customers who purchase fuel products from the stations will share the benefits with others, resulting in increased sales. Going forward, GM furthered that customers will take ownership of their transactions at all NP fuel stations across the country. This move is intended to provide customers with convenience and ensure they enjoy efficient and effective services.

The Proprietor of the new fuel station, Hassan Sow, also commended NP-SL for the partnership and further expressed appreciation for his father’s long-standing relationship with the Company. He called on all well-meaning individuals to take ownership of the station as there are many opportunities to benefit from. The Proprietor further commended all his staff for their relentless efforts in investing a success.

Climaxing the event was the cutting of the tape by the CEO of NP-SL Ltd, Amb. Kobi Walker, GM Saidu Mansaray,  the Proprietor Hassan Sow, PRA Representative and other marketing executives marked the official commissioning of the NP Aberdeen Road Fuel Station.
